Shari Boston is a high energy, results-driven supply chain executive with international experience leading diverse organizations while managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain activities. She is currently the Vice President Global Supply Chain for ConvaTec Inc., a global medical device company. Shari is responsible for aligning and optimizing Global Supply Chain strategies to enhance the company’s competitive differentiation across all global markets. Through innovative synthesis of technology, planning, procurement, logistics, and market knowledge, she has developed supply chain strategies that make a competitive difference. Prior to joining ConvaTec, Shari spent 11 years at Merck, a major Pharmaceutical company, where her career experience included not only in US based roles but also international roles in Asia and EMEA. Shari’s career spans a varied scope from IT, to foundry, to consulting in various companies, and for the last 20 years in health care. Shari received an MBA from Regis University, and a BBA from Georgia Southern University.
