Jeff Leake is a global supply chain professional with over 25 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing, consumer products and automotive industries. His areas of expertise include: planning and scheduling, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, materials management, warehousing and distribution, sourcing, lean manufacturing and team building. Additionally, Jeff is well-versed in customer service and plant management with experience in multiple manufacturing environments including: make-to-stock, configure-to-order and engineer-to-order. In his role at TBM, Jeff works with clients and practice leaders to improve performance and accelerate value creation by creating more nimble, efficient, and competitive global supply chains.
Jeff has held progressively responsible roles with Delphi Automotive Systems, BRP, Inc., Rockwell Automation, Ingersoll Rand, and Rittal Corporation. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President, Supply Chain at Rittal Corporation where he lead America’s Supply Chain activities for a global business based in Germany. He championed several efforts including: a new product innovation process, a North American distribution model, and a direct material productivity savings program.
At Ingersoll Rand, Jeff was Director, Integrated Supply Chain of Climate Solutions, where he led a supply chain team for a $1.3 billion revenue stream with a global team of over 800 and oversight for Brazil, China, Mexico, and The Netherlands. Over the course of several years, Jeff’s accomplishments included: DC facility consolidations, quality improvements, reduced overhead, improved safety, and a global logistics optimization program.
Jeff’s educational credentials include Executive Leadership Training at Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Central Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Operations Research from Central Michigan University. His professional certifications include: APICS CPIM, APICS CIRM, Goldratt Institute Certified “JONAH” and Demand Flow Certification form the John Costanza Institute of Technology.
