Douglas Patrick is the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain for the Raytheon Company. He was appointed to this position in November 2014.

In this role, Patrick is responsible for the development of Raytheon’s Global Supply Chain focused on customer, partner, and business needs.

Prior to assuming his current position, Patrick was the Sr. Director of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems' Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Business Area. In this role, he was responsible for leading excellence in all ISC activities in support of IAMD Programs within IDS. Patrick also served as the Director of Operations and Integrated Supply Chain for the IDS National and Theater Security Programs Business area and as Director of Subcontract Partnering for IDS. Patrick joined Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems in the role of ISC Business Area Lead for Surveillance and Sensors Systems in October 2004.  

Previously, Patrick was a senior program manager in Raytheon Network Centric Systems responsible for the major subcontracts of the External Communications (EXCOMM) segment of the Zumwalt Destroyer Program.  Patrick joined Raytheon in 1998 as the Program Manager of the MIDAS program and held various Program and Capture Management roles.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Patrick was the Director of Engineering for the EDO/Barnes Engineering Company (now part of United Technologies) in Shelton, CT. From 1992 through 1998, Patrick held positions of increasing responsibility in systems engineering, business development, and program management at EDO/Barnes. Patrick began his career at the Defense Systems Division of General Electric in Pittsfield, MA in 1989. He is a graduate of the General Electric Edison Engineering Program.

Patrick received the IDS President’s Award in 2011 as part of the UAE Patriot Team and the R. Bowling Barnes Employee of the Year award in 1995 with EDO/Barnes Engineering.

Patrick graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He received a master's degree in computer and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Patrick is a graduate of the Raytheon Business Leadership, Strategic Leadership, and Leadership Development Programs. He is also a graduate of the IDS Strategic Development Program and Program Management College. Patrick is a certified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Expert.
